Crane and hoist engineer

About the job

You work as a crane and hoist engineer in the Rotterdam area. You do technical work on different types of cranes at client sites. No two days are the same.

What you'll do

• You carry out technical inspections and repairs on cranes, both mechanical and electrical
• You find and fix faults in cranes and lifting systems
• You carry out inspections and technical approvals of cranes in line with health and safety regulations
• You install and dismantle cranes at client sites
• You advise clients on maintenance and safe use of equipment

What we ask

• Experience as a crane or hoist engineer
• Technical knowledge of mechanics and electrics of lifting machines
• Willingness to travel between different client locations
