Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you keep the production process running smoothly. You operate and set up machines, check quality, and fix small problems yourself.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and change over packaging lines
• Check quality and prepare new production runs
• Fix minor faults and keep your work area tidy
• Report problems to the technical department and your supervisor
• Help new employees get started

What we ask

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn quickly (experience as an operator is welcome but not required)
• Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented attitude
• Good command of Dutch and living near Woerden
• Availability to work in shifts

Employment conditions

• Salary from €2,575 to €3,400 gross per month, depending on age and experience (including shift allowance)
• Holiday pay (vakantiegeld, a Dutch statutory bonus paid on top of your salary) of 8.33%
• 25 days of leave per year based on full-time hours
• Shift allowances from 10% to 40%
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
• Pension accrual from day one
• 36 to 40 hours per week
• Option to work day shifts or a 2 to 5 shift rotation:

* Morning shift: 05:30-14:00

* Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00

* Night shift: 22:00-05:30

* Day shift: 07:30-16:00

• Possibility of a permanent contract
