Production Operator - 2 Shifts - Chemicals

About the job

As an operator, you play an important role in producing high-quality resins and coatings. You work in a modern factory where exothermic processes run across multiple reactors. In this varied two-shift role, you operate installations, monitor processes, and keep the workplace safe, clean, and efficient.

Some tasks you do from the control room, others directly at the installations. No two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production installations according to process instructions and recipes.
• Spot quality deviations and correct them yourself within the allowed parameters.
• Solve technical and process faults.
• Help identify and implement improvements.

What we ask

Do you feel at home in a production environment and do you work accurately and independently? You might be the process operator we are looking for. We ask:

• An MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education) diploma or a VAPRO A/B certificate (VAPRO is a Dutch qualification for process operators).
• A valid forklift operator certificate.
• Quality awareness, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.

• Gross salary up to €3,800 per month, including shift allowance.
• 13th month payment.
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary).

Depending on the role and the client, a reference check and verification of diplomas and certificates may be part of the selection process.
