Production Operator – 5-shift system

About the job

You work as an operator in a modern production facility on a 5-shift rotation. You monitor production lines and make sure they run smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• You detect and fix first-level faults and report technical issues on time.
• You set up and change over production lines and carry out controlled process starts.
• You perform quality checks and record them accurately according to HACCP/GMP standards.
• You monitor process parameters and adjust them based on observations and measurements.
• You actively take part in improvements in the areas of LEAN, TPM, OEE and 5S.

What we ask

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an operator in an industrial or food production facility.
• Experience with setting up, changing over and supervising automated production lines, and knowledge of quality standards and process registration.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system and willingness to obtain a forklift licence, or already holding one.
