About the job

You work as a CNC operator at a production facility in Groningen. You operate and maintain CNC machines with integrated PLC control systems on a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain CNC machines with integrated PLC systems
• Monitor the production process and keep product quality high
• Spot and fix technical problems during your shift
• Follow quality and safety standards as part of a small team

What we ask

• Experience as an operator, preferably with CNC machines and PLC systems
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues and pay attention to detail
• Dutch language skills; basic German is a plus
• Available to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Living near Groningen

What we offer

• Salary from €2,850 to €3,350 gross per month, depending on experience
• Shift allowance of 21% on top of your base salary
• 36 days off per year (25 vacation days + 11.5 ATV days, which are scheduled days off as part of the Dutch working hours arrangement)
• Full time, 38 hours per week
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• Pension contribution of 15.90%
• Annual bonus based on company results
