CNC Operator

About the job

We are looking for a CNC Operator for a technical production company near Eindhoven. In this role, you operate CNC machining centres and make sure production orders are completed accurately and on time. The company specialises in high-quality plastic machining and produces precision components for the high-tech, semiconductor, medical and defence industries.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machining centres using technical drawings and production orders
• Monitor the different stages of production and the progress of orders
• Check the quality of the products you make
• Carry out required quality control procedures
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Spot deviations and take the right action
• Work together with colleagues in production to keep to the schedule and maintain quality

• A background or thinking level at MBO (intermediate technical education) level
• An interest in technology, high-tech and precise work
• Accuracy and a careful approach to your work
• Ability to work independently and think technically
• A positive and practical attitude
• Good teamwork skills
• Experience as a CNC operator is a plus

What we offer

• Salary from €2,750 to €3,740 gross per month, depending on experience
• 24 to 39 hours per week
• Day shifts
• 30 vacation days and 8 ATV days (ATV, kortere werkweek, means extra days off in lieu of shorter working hours) per year at full time
