About the job

As a CNC operator, you get the chance to grow into a wood machining specialist. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure products are made with precision and meet high quality standards. The client is based in Assen and is a leading supplier of doors across the Netherlands. They handle the full process: from measuring and machining to delivery.

What you'll do

• Operating, setting up, and changing over CNC machines for wood machining
• Preparing materials and tools
• Carrying out quality measurements and checking results
• Spotting deviations and reporting them on time
• Performing maintenance tasks on the machines
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and tidy

What we ask

• MBO-level (Dutch vocational education, roughly equivalent to a technical trade qualification) thinking and working ability in a technical direction
• Experience with CNC technology, or a strong interest in it
• Ability to read technical drawings
• An accurate and quality-focused approach to work
• A technical mindset and a hands-on attitude
• Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility
