CNC Operator

About the job

As a CNC operator, you work at the final stage of the production process. You operate a modern CNC machine that mills and finishes large panels with precision. Your work makes sure products leave the factory on time and in perfect condition. You work Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00.

What you'll do

• Set up and prepare the CNC machine
• Load large panels and select the right machining program
• Check product quality and make corrections when needed
• Work closely with other operators
• Take part in improving automation and production processes

What we ask

• Experience operating CNC machines
• Good understanding of technical concepts
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good level of Dutch or English
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new techniques
• Team-oriented and focused on quality

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €16.37 to €16.72
• Gross monthly salary up to €2,900
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8%
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometre from 10 km
