CNC Milling Operator

About the job

You work as a CNC milling operator making high-quality precision parts for the machine industry. You operate modern CNC milling machines and produce both one-off parts and small series, where accuracy and quality come first.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate and change over CNC milling machines on your own
• Machine one-off parts and small series
• Work from technical drawings and work instructions
• Carry out dimensional checks using various measuring tools
• Change and adjust cutting tools
• Spot deviations and take part in improving production processes

What we ask

• Completed MBO (Dutch vocational college) education in machining or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience as a CNC milling operator
• Experience setting up CNC machines independently
• Knowledge of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a plus
• Accurate and quality-focused way of working
• Willingness to work shifts if required

• Salary of €3,000 to €4,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week, depending on experience
