Your role

As a CNC Profile Grinding Operator you work in a team of 20 specialists, with 3 direct colleagues in your own unit. You make sure the CNC profile grinding machines run well and that products meet high quality standards.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC profile grinding machines
• Load the correct grinding and profiling programme
• Select and change grinding wheels and clamping fixtures
• Adjust machine parameters for maximum precision
• Carry out product quality checks
• Fix minor faults
• Perform first-level maintenance
• Take an active part in improving processes

You work in a modern production environment where precision and technology go hand in hand. The parts you produce are ground to an accuracy of hundredths of a millimetre.

• Salary from €3,143 to €3,910 gross per month, excluding shift allowance
• 15% shift allowance when working a 2-shift system
• 27 days annual leave plus 13 ATV days (ATV: paid time off agreed in the CAO, the Dutch collective labour agreement, to reduce working hours)
