CNC Operator – turning or milling

About the job

The client is an international machine manufacturer in Dongen. They make parts for machines used in the food industry. Around 60 to 70 people work there. The production hall is modern, clean and equipped with high-quality CNC machines. You work in a close team where skill, quality and cooperation matter.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up CNC machines
• Machine metal parts and stainless steel components
• Produce single pieces and small series
• Read technical drawings
• Measure and check product quality
• Change and inspect cutting tools
• Report deviations and faults
• Take part in improving processes and quality

You work a 2-shift schedule in a modern, well-equipped production hall.

What we ask

• Experience in CNC turning, milling or operating CNC machines
• Ability to read technical drawings, or willingness to learn this
• Precise and technically minded
• Available to work a 2-shift schedule
• Knowledge of Siemens controls is a plus, but not required
• No specific diploma or experience with 5-axis machines is needed. Practical experience and motivation are what count.

• Up to €4,000 gross base salary per month
• 20% shift allowance, up to €4,800 total including the allowance
