Production Operator

Salary: €3,000 - €3,900 gross per month

**About the job**

As a Production Operator, you are responsible for running the production process smoothly and safely. You make sure the machines work at their best and you act quickly when something needs attention.

**What you'll do**

• Operate, set up, and changeover machines and production lines.
• Monitor the production process and product quality.
• Fix first-level faults and carry out small maintenance repairs.
• Perform quality checks and record production data.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and take part in process optimisation.
• Work with colleagues to keep production safe and efficient.

**Working hours**

You currently work Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30. The company has largely moved to a 2-shift system, for which you receive a 15% shift allowance. Because the company is growing, there is a possibility that production will expand to a 3-shift system in the future. It is important that you are open to working in that system.

**What we ask**

For this role we are looking for a Production Operator who is happy to take responsibility and has a feel for technology.

We require

• A completed mbo (Dutch intermediate vocational education) qualification at level 2 or 3, for example in Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Operator in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in the 2-shift system and, if needed in the future, the 3-shift system.
• Technical knowledge and a proactive attitude.
• The ability to work under pressure and attention to quality.
• A good command of Dutch.
