Slitter Operator

About the job

You work as an operator on a steel slitting line (slitter) in a modern production facility in Moerdijk. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor the complete slitter installation according to set procedures
• Detect and report deviations and breakdowns to your direct supervisor
• Record production and measurement data
• Keep your workstation tidy and follow safety rules
• Monitor stock levels of consumable materials and follow work instructions

What we ask

• Experience working independently in a production environment
• Valid certificates for operating overhead cranes and internal transport equipment
• You pay attention to safety, quality and the environment, and you communicate clearly
