Technical and Medical Gas Operator

About the job

This company produces, processes and supplies industrial and medical gases. As a Gas Operator, you fill, check and process different types of gas. You make sure the production process follows the required quality and safety rules.

What you'll do

• Fill gas cylinders with oxygen, nitrogen and refrigerant gases
• Carry out quality checks and measurements using analytical and measuring equipment
• Fill, label, seal and prepare cylinders
• Record production data, analysis results and quality checks
• Produce dry ice following the applicable safety instructions
• Manage stock levels and move products
• After your onboarding period, you will be trained as a backup CO-Maker at UMCG in Groningen. During these shifts, you represent the organisation externally

What we ask

• Experience as an operator
• Category B driving licence and your own transport
• Accuracy, reliability and a professional appearance
• A strong sense of responsibility and a safety-first attitude
• Willingness to work at UMCG in Groningen for a few weeks per year

What we offer

• Full-time position, day shifts
• Salary between €2,700 and €3,000 gross per month
• Travel costs reimbursed
• The chance to gain experience in both the technical and medical sectors
