About the job

Are you an Operator looking for a new role and want to work at one of the biggest companies in the Netherlands in carbonated drinks, near Utrecht? This could be the right position for you. You work in the Packaging department and report to the Team Leader.

What you'll do

• Operate production machinery.
• Make sure products meet quality standards.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Take corrective action when needed.
• Work with your team to keep all production lines running smoothly.
• Take shared responsibility for the safety of people and equipment at all times.
• Follow health and safety rules, safety regulations, and operating instructions.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Work according to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology.
• You may be deployed in different roles on the floor.

What we ask

• A completed mbo 3 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3) education, preferably in process technology, for example VAPRO.
• A results-focused attitude and the ability to convince others.
• Willingness to work a 4-shift schedule, including early, afternoon, and night shifts.
