About the job
You work as a production line operator in the food industry, near Steenderen. You operate and monitor modern production machines in a 5-shift system.
What you'll do
- Set up, control and optimise production lines
- Detect and fix faults, and support the technical department with maintenance
- Carry out quality checks and make sure materials are properly stocked
- Take an active part in process improvement projects, for example within TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, a method to keep machines running well and reduce waste)
What we ask
- Experience in a production or technical environment
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
- Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
- Knowledge of TPM or similar continuous improvement methods is a plus
Employment conditions
- Working hours: 35 hours per week
- Gross salary: €3,418.00 to €4,700.00 per month (including shift allowance)
- 176 hours of holiday per year, plus 8 extra hours for shift work
- Annual bonus of 7.7%
- Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometre
- Monthly health insurance contribution: €27.50
