Logistics Operator

About the job

As a Logistics Operator, you combine logistics work with technical tasks and production processes. You move, mix, load and fill liquid products. You work according to set safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Load, unload and move liquid products
• Pump products from storage tanks
• Mix raw materials according to set procedures
• Fill products into IBC containers, drums and barrels
• Clean and safely shut down pipeline systems
• Carry out checks to monitor product quality
• Work safely with technical installations and support systems
• Carry out logistics tasks in the warehouse
• Pick orders and handle internal transport
• Move and drive vehicles on site
• Report issues and keep the workplace safe

What we ask

• MBO level (Dutch secondary vocational education) of thinking or working
• Forklift certificate and VCA (Dutch safety certificate for working conditions), or willingness to obtain them
• Willingness to complete additional internal training and safety courses
• Good command of Dutch
• Category B driving licence and own transport
• Willingness to work a 2-shift schedule
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Accurate and aware of safety rules at work
• Experience as a logistics operator, process operator, terminal operator or production worker in an industrial setting is a plus
