Piling Machine Operator / Foreman Foundation Work

About the job

You work as a piling machine operator and at the same time lead a team on site. You operate modern foundation equipment on large infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Operate piling machines, pile drivers and drilling installations
• Lead and supervise the team on site
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Monitor safety, quality and progress of the work
• Communicate with work preparation and the site manager, and solve technical deviations

What we ask

• Experience as a construction machine operator, piling foreman or in foundation engineering
• Ability to work with technical drawings and think technically
• VCA certificate (a safety certification required on Dutch construction sites) or willingness to obtain it
• Category B driving licence
• Available full-time and flexible about work location

What we offer

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,700 gross per month, depending on experience
• Employment conditions in line with the CAO (collective labour agreement) Bouw en Infra
• 20 days annual leave and 15 ADV days (scheduled days off as part of the Dutch working hours reduction system)
