In this role you make sure the production process runs smoothly and that high-quality steel products are made correctly and efficiently. You are active throughout the day and you see the results of your work directly.

**What you'll do**

• Operate modern machines for steel processing (bending, cutting, straightening, and welding)
• Set up and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly
• Monitor the production process and record data
• Check the quality of finished products
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and tidy
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks
• Load and move steel products using an overhead crane
• Work with cranes (experience is a plus)

Over time you can move up to CNC Machine Operator and grow into an experienced CNC specialist within the company.

**What we ask**

• Experience as a machine operator, preferably in the metal or steel industry
