About the job
You work as an operator of a computer-controlled laser cutting machine (fiber laser). Depending on your experience, we decide together at which level you start.
What you'll do
- Operate the laser cutting machine following instructions
- Check the quality of cut products and measure dimensions
- Detect and fix faults independently (after training)
- Carry out first-line maintenance
- Cover for colleagues during illness or holidays when needed
What we ask
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn how to operate laser machines
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn
- Availability to work full-time in a 5-shift system (including nights)
- Willingness to take part in operator training and a first aid course (BHV, Dutch workplace first aid certificate)

Shift system - 5 shifts
You work a fixed, repeating schedule: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, then 4 days off. The average working week is 32.5 hours (breaks not included).
Working hours
- Morning shift: 06:00-14:15
- Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:15
- Night shift: 22:00-06:15

- Salary €3,400 - €4,000 per month, plus employment conditions under the CAO (collective labour agreement) Metaal en Techniek
