CNC Machine Operator (Turning/Milling)

About the job

You have technical experience and want to work with turning and milling machines. You work as a Machining Operator in a production environment in Venlo. You work with high-quality aluminium products on a three-shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Machine aluminium profiles on pre-set lathes and/or milling machines
• Work according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Position products correctly in the machine
• Monitor the machining process
• Check dimensions and product quality using measuring tools such as callipers and tape measures
• Carry out basic checks and record completed production orders
• Fix minor machine faults where possible
• Carry out simple maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report technical or quality issues to the Team Leader

What we ask

• Technical experience or experience in machining, preferably with lathes and/or milling machines
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools such as callipers, tape measures and squares
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions at a basic level
• Accuracy and attention to product quality
• Ability to work independently and solve minor machine faults
• Willing and able to work a three-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Basic vocational or technical education (BO/VMBO)
