Heat Treatment Operator (allround)

About the job

The client in Eindhoven is one of the most modern companies in Europe for heat and surface treatment of metals. The company has around 65 employees and serves industries like high tech, automotive and aviation. As a Heat Treatment Operator you work two shifts and you run and monitor heat treatment processes. You can grow into an Allround Operator role with coordinating tasks.

What you'll do

• Operate furnaces and installations according to set procedures
• Build charges and load production equipment correctly
• Check and monitor processes and installations
• Carry out light first-level maintenance
• Record production data and fill in control forms
• Report deviations, faults and quality issues
• Take part in improving and optimising processes
• Coordinate work within your shift
• Onboard and train new employees
• Stand in for the Foreman when he or she is absent

What we ask

• MBO level of thinking and education (MBO is the Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a technical college diploma)
• Completed VAPRO C / Process Operator C training or equivalent
• Experience as an operator in a production or process environment
• Forklift operator certificate
• Good command of Dutch
• Basic knowledge of German and English
• Experience in heat and/or surface treatment is a plus
• Willing to work a two-shift schedule

What we offer

• Gross salary including 15% shift allowance: up to €5,000 gross per month
• Gross salary without shift allowance: from €3,400 gross per month
• 15% shift allowance
