Metal finishing operator – grinder / polisher

About the job

You work at the final stage of metal product finishing. Your job is to grind and polish products to meet quality standards.

What you'll do

• Hand-grinding metal products to achieve a smooth surface
• Brushing products with precision to reach the required texture and finish
• Polishing products to a high gloss according to quality standards
• Checking your own work against specifications
• Building your skills through training and courses offered at the workplace

What we ask

• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with metal products
• Willingness to learn and specialise. Experience in grinding or polishing is a plus, but not required
• Readiness to do physical work in a production environment

Salary: €2,400 – €3,000 gross per month
