Packaging Operator

About the job

You work as a packaging operator on different production lines. You make sure the packaging process runs correctly and that the final product meets quality standards.

What you'll do

• Check that the right raw materials and supplies reach the production line
• Spot and fix operational faults
• Run test productions and carry out quality checks
• Enter data into the system
• Instruct and support production workers
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy according to hygiene standards

What we ask

• Dutch or English, spoken and written
• Willing to work in a two-shift system
• Experience in the food industry

Pay and conditions

• €3,150 to €3,650 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 12.5% (2 shifts)
• Paid weekly or every 4 weeks
• 15 ATV days (reduced working hours days, a Dutch arrangement for extra time off), giving 40 days off in total per year
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary)
• 3% annual bonus
• Travel costs reimbursed
• Good pension scheme
