## About the job
You learn step by step how a modern packaging line works. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure the production process runs safely and smoothly.
## What you'll do
- Operate, start up, and set modern packaging machines.
- Change machine settings when switching to a different product.
- Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
- Fix small technical faults.
- Support the technical department during larger breakdowns.
- Carry out maintenance tasks according to the Autonomous Maintenance programme.
- Work according to safety and quality rules.
**3-shift schedule**
You work an average of 36 hours per week on a regular schedule:
- Week 1: 5 morning shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Week 2: 5 afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Week 3: 4 night shifts (Monday to Thursday)
In the night week, you finish on Friday morning and have an extra-long weekend.

## What we ask
- Education or thinking level equivalent to MBO 2 (Dutch secondary vocational education, level 2).
- Interest in technology or experience in a technical production environment.
- Good command of Dutch (required for safety and training reasons).
- Willingness to complete an internal training programme of 1 to 1.5 years.
- A learning mindset and motivation to work.
- Ability to work in a team.
Experience as an operator is not required. Your motivation and interest in technology are what count.
