Packaging Operator

About the job

As a packaging operator, you make sure the production and packaging process runs smoothly. You operate different machines, check quality, and act when something goes wrong. You can take responsibility on your own and grow in a technical environment.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines
• Set up and adjust machines when needed
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out quality checks
• Spot and report technical faults
• Keep the workplace safe and clean
• Work with colleagues to meet production targets
• Take part in improving the production process

What we ask

• MBO level education (Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a technical college diploma)
• At least 3 years of experience as an operator or in a similar role
• Technical knowledge and understanding of production processes
• Willing to work a two-shift schedule
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for working in industrial environments), or willing to obtain it
• You work independently and carefully
• Good team player, open to improvements
• Safety and quality come first in your daily work
• Available full time
