Industrial Oven Operator

About the job

You work as an oven operator in a stroopwafel factory in Bergambacht. You monitor and control the baking process to make sure every product meets quality standards.

What you'll do

• You monitor and adjust temperature, baking time, and product quality throughout your shift
• You act immediately when the baking process needs correction
• You make sure the stroopwafels leaving the oven meet quality requirements
• You work on the production floor and are responsible for keeping the process running

What we ask

• Experience as an operator in production, preferably in food manufacturing
• Technical knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility for the process
• Communicative level of Dutch or English

Employment conditions

• Salary: €3,450 – €3,730 gross per month
• Shift allowances: 38% for hours between 18:00 and 03:00, and 39% for hours between 03:00 and 06:30
• 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night), Monday to Friday
• Shifts: morning 06:30–14:30, afternoon 14:30–22:30, night 22:30–06:30
• The night shift starts Monday evening and ends Saturday morning
• Weekly pay, every Tuesday
• 25 days of holiday per year at full-time hours
• Holiday pay (vakantiegeld, a statutory annual bonus of around 8% of gross salary)
• Travel cost reimbursement from 5 km one way at €0.25 per kilometre
• Access to an app with pay slips and schedules
• Possibility of a direct contract after proving consistent good performance
