Oven Operator in a stroopwafel factory

About the job

You work as an oven operator in a modern stroopwafel factory. You set up and monitor the production ovens, keep an eye on baking quality, and make sure the production line runs smoothly.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and calibrate ovens on the production line
• Fix machine faults quickly and effectively
• Monitor product quality throughout the entire baking process
• Actively suggest improvements to the production process
• Work according to current health and safety standards

What we ask

• Experience as a machine operator or working with production equipment
• A technical background or hands-on technical knowledge
• Good command of Dutch or English

Employment conditions

• Salary: €3,450 – €3,730 gross per month, depending on experience, including shift allowance
• Shift allowance: 38% (18:00–03:00) and 39% (03:00–06:30)
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a standard Dutch supplement): 8.33%
• 25 days of holiday per year based on full-time hours
• Travel costs reimbursed from 5 km one way: €0.25 per kilometre
• Pension accrual from your first day
• 3-shift rotation, Monday to Friday:

Morning shift: 07:00–15:00

Afternoon shift: 15:00–23:00

Night shift: 23:00–07:00 (the first night shift starts on Sunday)
