Bakery Operator

About the job

You work as an operator in a modern production facility in Coevorden. The company makes snacks for dogs and cats. Your job is to run and monitor the production process so that products meet quality standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare different types of dough using automated weighing systems, following recipes
• Monitor and adjust the production process to keep quality consistent
• Take moisture measurements and record production data accurately
• Spot and fix technical problems in the production process
• Follow workplace safety procedures and rules

What we ask

• Experience as an operator or in production
• Technical thinking and the ability to solve problems
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work a 5-shift rotation
