Bakery Operator

About the job

You work in a modern industrial bakery as a production operator. You are responsible for the full bread production process, from raw materials to finished product.

What you'll do

• Monitor and oversee the production process
• Prepare, bake and finish small and large bread products
• Carry out process and quality checks
• Spot and fix deviations in the production process
• Keep your workstation and the production area clean

What we ask

• Experience in production or the food industry
• Willing to work 3 shifts, standing for most of the shift
• Good command of Dutch

Employment conditions

• Salary up to €3,225 gross per 4 weeks (based on 38 hours)
• Extra pay for evening, night and weekend shifts
• Working week of 32 to 38 hours
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• 25 days of holiday
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary)
• Pension scheme in line with the CAO (CAO is a collective labour agreement that sets pay and conditions for a sector)
• Travel cost reimbursement (€0.23 per km from 10 km)
• On-the-job training available, even without prior experience
