Bakery Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator in the creams department at a bakery in Maastricht. You operate production machines, work with recipes and ingredients, and keep products clean and up to quality.

What you'll do

• Weigh, measure and check raw materials according to the recipe
• Operate, adjust and safely shut down production machines
• Clean machines following hygiene and safety procedures
• Monitor the production process and keep it running smoothly
• Follow the production plan and quality standards

What we ask

• Experience in a bakery, food production or other production environment
• Willingness to work three shifts (on Mondays the shift starts 15 minutes earlier)
• English or Dutch language skills, knowing both is a plus

Job details

• Full-time contract: 40 hours per week
• Salary: €2,818 gross per month (hourly rate €16.26)
• Shift allowances and performance bonuses

Shift times

• Morning shift: 05:45 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 13:45 - 22:00
• Night shift: 21:45 - 06:00
