About the job

As a bakery operator, you keep the production process running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the products always meet the quality standard. If you already have experience as a process operator or production operator, this job is for you.

What you'll do

• Receive and prepare raw materials for production.
• Weigh and add ingredients according to the recipe.
• Operate and monitor automated installations.
• Supervise the dough processing.
• Fix small faults and deviations.
• Set up and monitor the baking process.
• Carry out quality and moisture measurements.
• Operate the palletiser and solve faults on it.
