Production Operator

About the job

You work as an Operator in Roosendaal, in a modern production environment. The company makes high-quality industrial products. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process runs safely, smoothly, and according to the right quality standards.

What you'll do

• You collect, weigh, and process raw materials according to set recipes and work instructions
• You set up complex mixing and dosing systems and monitor the whole process from raw material to finished product
• You check product quality and report any deviations or disruptions in the production process
• You pack the finished product and record production data accurately
• You report minor faults and fix them yourself where possible, or call in the Technical Department for more complex issues

What we ask

We are looking for a motivated Operator with a technical mindset and an interest in production processes. Experience is welcome, but your willingness to learn and your sense of responsibility matter most.

• You have at least an MBO level 2 (Dutch vocational education, secondary level) qualification in process technology, VAPRO A, or a similar technical field
• Experience in a production or process environment is preferred
• You have a technical mindset and an interest in working with production systems
• You are available to work in a 3-shift rotation
• You work accurately, take responsibility, and follow strict safety and quality protocols

• Gross monthly salary from €3,100 to €4,700, including a 20% shift allowance
• 25 vacation days
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a standard Dutch bonus paid once a year on top of your salary)
• €50 per month contribution towards health insurance costs, plus free fruit on site
• Internal training programme with good opportunities to grow into an independent Operator role
