Production Operator - Two-Shift
About the job
As an Operator in Oosterhout, you will gradually learn the different stages of the production process. You work with modern production machines and grow into an all-round Operator, with room to move up in the future.
What you'll do
- You operate and monitor various mixing installations, filling lines and packaging machines in production
- You learn to process raw materials according to set recipes and work instructions, and you oversee the production process
- You check the quality of semi-finished and finished products and take corrective action when you spot deviations
- You carry out checks and simple maintenance tasks on machines and installations, and you report breakdowns or technical problems
- You record production data in systems such as SAP and Excel, and you work together with colleagues for safe and efficient production
What we ask
This role suits someone who wants to keep developing in a technical production environment and is keen to learn each step of the production process. A solid technical base and motivation to learn are important.
- You have an MBO-level (secondary vocational education) way of thinking and working, and an interest in technology, production processes or process technology
- Work experience in a production environment with complex machinery is preferred
- You are used to working with IT systems and ideally have experience with Excel and/or SAP
- You speak and write Dutch, and you hold a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one
- You are available to work a two-shift schedule: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00
What we offer

- Gross monthly salary from €3,100 to €3,300, including a 14% two-shift allowance
- Up to 40.5 days of leave and an 8% annual bonus (vakantiegeld, a statutory holiday bonus)
