As a Special Processes Operator, you take responsibility for processes where precision is essential. You work with chemicals, monitor chemical baths and carry out specialist surface treatments.
This gives you variety in your work and room to grow in a technical field with high quality standards.
What you'll do
- Prepare, maintain and analyse chemical baths
- Monitor and record process data carefully
- Clean products following set procedures
- Carry out surface treatments, including conversion coating
- Work with anodising processes, including Tagnite
- Monitor quality and process safety continuously
- Take part in internal and external audits, including Nadcap and AS9100
- Work with colleagues to keep processes reliable and efficient

- A salary of €3,200 to €3,900 per month, depending on education and experience

For this role we are looking for someone who is not afraid to take responsibility and works in an organised way. Even when the pressure rises, you stay focused and keep a clear overview.
You have
- A completed mbo-3 or mbo-4 qualification (Dutch vocational education) in process technology, laboratory technology or chemistry, or the motivation to follow a BBL pathway (work-based learning route) in one of these areas
- Experience working with chemicals
- A good command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with IT applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- A precise and systematic way of working
- The ability to work independently and to function well in a team
- The skill to set priorities and take responsibility
You may not yet have full experience in every area, but your current skills are a good match for this role. This position can be interesting for you, especially if you want to develop further in the field of special processes.
