Process Operator D - 5-shift system

About the job

As a Process Operator D in Etten-Leur, you are responsible for controlling and optimising a complex, continuous production process. You work in a 5-shift system and play an important role in monitoring safety, quality and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Control and adjust furnace, fibring and production line processes.
• Monitor safety, quality and efficiency of the line and respond immediately to deviations.
• Carry out process analyses to solve disruptions permanently.
• Report production results and take part in operational work meetings.
• Actively contribute to targets in first aid, fire safety, health and safety, and environmental protection.

What we ask

We are looking for a technically strong process operator who communicates clearly, takes responsibility and can make decisions independently. You have technical knowledge, an analytical mindset and you think actively about process improvements.

• Completed MBO 4 education, for example VAPRO C or a similar technical qualification.
• Experience as a process operator in an industrial production environment. Candidates starting their career with internship experience are also welcome.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of processes.
• You handle pressure well, you care about quality and you put safety first.
