Process Operator at a Vinegar Brewery

About the job

As a process operator, you are responsible for preparing and processing different types of vinegar. You monitor the production process, check that products meet the required specifications, and step in when needed. You make sure products are ready on time for further processing or transport. You work in a shifted day schedule and take part in on-call technical standby duties.

What you'll do

• Prepare raw materials and supplies for production
• Operate and monitor the production process
• Adjust machine and equipment settings when needed
• Organise the intake and dispatch of bulk products
• Load and unload tankers
• Enter production data into the system
• Actively suggest improvements to processes and work organisation

What we ask

• Knowledge of HACCP principles and experience in the food industry
• MBO 3 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3) or higher, preferably in a technical direction
• You are precise, hands-on, and able to make decisions on your own
• Willing to take part in on-call technical standby duties
