Operator

Salary: €3,000 – €4,300 gross per month

## About the job

As an Operator, you keep the whole production process running. You work independently, spot problems early, and make sure the production lines run as well as possible.

## What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and change over machines independently.
• Monitor quality, output, and safety.
• Carry out change-overs.
• Fix technical faults.
• Carry out Autonomous Maintenance.
• Work with quality inspectors and the technical department.
• Take part in improving and optimising processes.

## Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,000 to €4,300 gross per month, not including shift allowance.
• 20% shift allowance.
• 3-shift system with only 4 night shifts instead of 5 in a night week.
• 24.25 days of annual leave.
• 9 ATV days (extra days off under the collective labour agreement).

## What we ask

• MBO 2/3 level (Dutch secondary vocational education) or equivalent thinking level.
• Experience as an operator in a production environment.
• An Operator A/B certificate is a plus, but not required.
• Technical insight and experience with automated production lines.
• Good command of Dutch.
• A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
