As a Production Operator, you make sure the different steps in the production process are prepared and carried out properly. You work with clear instructions and check quality together with your colleagues.

What you'll do

• Prepare raw materials and supplies
• Carry out various production tasks
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Track progress and quality
• Report any problems during the process
• Keep your workspace clean and tidy
• Work according to the applicable safety and quality rules

You get time to learn the process. Step by step, you build more independence and responsibility.

Employment conditions

• Salary from €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month
• 40-hour working week
• Fixed day shift, one shift only

Motivation matters just as much.

You do not need a perfect CV for this job. We are mainly looking for someone who works carefully and wants to learn a technical production process.

• You have an education or thinking level equivalent to MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education, roughly equivalent to a vocational diploma)
• You are practical and like to get things done
• You work carefully and like a tidy workplace
• You are willing to learn new tasks
• Experience as an operator or production worker is a plus
• You speak Dutch
• You are available 40 hours a week on the day shift
