Production Operator (2-shift)

About the job

You work on modern production machines that make high-quality metal parts. You set up the machine, monitor the production process, and check that the finished product meets quality standards. The work is in a 2-shift schedule at a production site in Lochem.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate modern production machines
• Process metal parts according to the applicable specifications
• Read and apply technical drawings
• Carry out quality checks and measurements
• Detect and fix minor technical faults
• Perform basic maintenance on the machines

Shift times

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO-3 level (Dutch vocational qualification) or comparable work experience
• Understanding of how machines and production processes work
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Precise way of working and attention to quality
• Motivated to keep developing in a technical field
• Experience as an operator or in metalworking is a plus, but not required

• Salary from €3,415 to €4,092 gross per month, including shift allowance
• 27 vacation days and 13 ATV days (extra days off as part of the Dutch collective working hours reduction scheme)
