Production Operator (2 shifts)

**About the job**

You work with machines and produce metal parts for roofs and facades. The job runs in a 2-shift system with a shift allowance. You join a team where working together matters.

The work is largely repetitive. This role suits someone who likes hands-on work and is fine doing the same tasks regularly.

**What you'll do**

• Set up and operate machines for rolling, cutting and bending sheet metal
• Feed material into the machine and remove finished products
• Check products for dimensions, quantity and damage
• Work with a tape measure and, when needed, a protractor
• Work with work orders, drawings and workstation instructions
• Move products to the next workstation
• Pack products and prepare them for storage
• Spot minor defects and fix them where possible
• Do small daily maintenance tasks on the machines
• Keep your workstation clean, tidy and safe
• When needed: move materials with a forklift within the production hall

Working hours, 2-shift system

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00

**What we ask**

• Motivation and willingness to do hands-on production work
• Available to work in a 2-shift system
• Accurate and attentive to quality
• Fine with repetitive tasks
• English at least B2 level
• Experience in production or with operating machines is a plus

**What we offer**

• €16.55 to €20.23 gross per hour, depending on experience (excluding shift allowance)
• 20% shift allowance on top of your base pay
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your wages as required by Dutch law)
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Full-time position in a stable production environment
