Production Operator

LOCATION: NORTH HOLLAND

About the job

The company has several departments where pharmaceutical processes are carried out for the production of proteins. These processes include both highly integrated, centrally controlled operations and individual production steps that require some physical effort.

We are looking for Operators in the following departments

• Purification (5-shift)
• FPL (3-shift)
• VPL (2-shift)
• Filling (2-shift)

What you'll do

• Carry out production tasks according to SOPs and work instructions
• Perform dilution calculations and interpret the results
• Prepare the production process
• Record all completed tasks in logbooks and reports
• Register raw materials and auxiliary materials in the IT system
• Check products, processes and (auxiliary) materials, including taking samples and carrying out inspections
• Bring samples to the right location for quality control
• Record quality control results in the IT system
• Carry out routine validation and calibration work for quality control, following instructions
• Assess and interpret results
• Report deviations to your supervisor

Employment conditions

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,600 gross per month, not including shift allowance
• Shift allowance: 2-shift 15.41%, 3-shift 25.1%, 5-shift 30.89%
• 13th month payment
• Pension contributions paid
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
• Access to courses and training
