Production Operator (3-shift)

About the job

In this role, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines run smoothly and that the products coming off the line meet high quality standards. You work in a team where cooperation, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other matter.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and adjust different production machines
• Switch over and changeover production lines when orders change
• Carry out quality checks and record measurement data
• Do minor maintenance tasks and fix faults to reduce downtime
• Make sure materials keep flowing and supply the production line
• Report ideas for improvements and take part in process optimisation

What we ask

• MBO-level (Dutch vocational secondary education) thinking or background, preferably in a technical direction
• Experience as an operator or process operator
• Available to work a 3-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Accurate, quality-focused, and able to communicate clearly
• Willing to learn and grow your skills

What we offer

• Full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Good pay from €3,500 to €3,700 gross per month, including ADV allowance (extra time off in lieu of overtime, built into the salary) and shift allowance, depending on experience
