Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator, you make sure the machines run properly and the production line keeps moving. It's not just about pressing buttons. You learn to understand the whole process and know when to step in.

The company is based in Wolvega and produces products like car lacquers, brake cleaners and silicone sprays. They sell in the Netherlands and abroad and employ around 350 people. The atmosphere is practical and no-nonsense. You learn from experienced colleagues and there is room to grow. If things go well and you want to move up, you can get to know other roles in production or the technical department over time.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust machines for different products
• Monitor the production line to make sure it runs correctly
• Check that aerosols meet quality requirements
• Fix small faults
• Refill raw materials, caps and labels on time
• Respond when something goes wrong
• Look for improvements together with your colleagues

The better you understand the process, the more independently you can work.

Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required. Experience in another technical or production role can be enough. Qualifications are not the main thing. What matters more is a willingness to learn and a practical mindset.

• €3,660 to €3,809 gross per month, including a 30.6% shift allowance
