Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you work every day to keep the production process running smoothly and safely. You operate different machines, monitor the process, and step in when needed. You get time to properly learn the machines and your tasks. As you gain experience, you can work more independently and take on more responsibility in the production process.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and monitor production machines
• Supply and process raw materials
• Carry out checks during the production process
• Spot deviations and fix simple faults
• Pack and prepare the finished product
• Record production data
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with colleagues during shift handovers

What we ask

• Available to work in a 3-shift system
• Accurate and safety-conscious
• Reliable and follow-through on commitments
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
• No physical limitations for hands-on work
• Interest in machines and production processes
• Able to arrange your own transport to work
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but candidates who want to learn the trade are also welcome
• Experience with a forklift or other production equipment is an extra plus, but not required
