Production Operator

About the job

You work as a production operator at a modern food factory in Tilburg. You operate production machines, keep an eye on product quality, and make sure processes run correctly.

What you'll do

• You operate and monitor machines in the production process
• You carry out regular quality checks on products according to current standards
• You perform maintenance checks on machines and fix minor faults
• You actively suggest ideas to improve the production process
• You follow the applicable health and safety rules

What we ask

• Experience as an operator in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
• Willingness to work in a 5-team shift system (rotating shifts covering 24/7 production)
• Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

What we offer

• Salary from €3,776.00 to €4,480.00 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 28% for working in the 5-team system
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a Dutch statutory bonus of 8% of annual gross salary) and a year-end bonus of 4.25%
