About the job
As a packaging operator in Olst, you work in a production environment where quality and safety come first. You are part of making essential medicines, such as flu vaccines, and you keep the processes running smoothly. The role combines technical skills with precision and attention to detail. You work according to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor machines: start them up, keep an eye on them, and adjust settings following set procedures.
- Reduce downtime: respond quickly to simple faults and fix them yourself to keep the process going.
- Clean and maintain: wash machines and work areas following hygiene requirements and GMP guidelines.
- Manage materials: make sure raw materials arrive on time and waste is disposed of correctly.
- Carry out process checks: take samples and do quality checks to meet the required standards.
What we ask
- At least MBO level 1 (Dutch secondary vocational education), preferably with a technical background.
- Willing to work a 5-shift schedule.
- Interest in technology and a desire to grow in your career.
- Good command of Dutch.
- Flexible, precise, and focused on quality in your daily work.
What we offer
- Gross salary between €3,500 and €4,450 per month.
- Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Full-time position in a 5-shift schedule, averaging 34 hours per week.
- Shift allowance of 31.5% and vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory bonus of 8.33% of your gross salary).
- Travel costs reimbursed.
