Production Operator, 5-shift

About the job

You work at a modern production facility in Zwolle. Every day you help make products that improve the lives of patients around the world. Your main task is operating a packaging line for medical powders used in patient nutrition. You work in a 5-shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production lines to keep the process running smoothly
• Carry out quality checks: make sure products and processes meet the required standards
• Adjust machine settings: fix small faults and report any deviations
• Change over and clean machines: prepare the line for a new product and keep your work area clean
• Report to the team leader: share information about problems and ideas to improve the process

What we ask

• Full availability for a 5-shift schedule
• MBO 3 (Dutch vocational qualification, intermediate level) or higher
• Interest in technology and production processes
• You work carefully and take responsibility
• You live within 40 minutes of Zwolle
• Both candidates without experience and experienced operators are welcome

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,200 to €4,700 per month (including shift allowances, depending on experience and age)
• Direct contract with the opdrachtgever (the client company) for 1 year
• Average 34 hours per week in a 5-shift schedule
• Year-end bonus of 8.33% and vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33%
• Personal budget of 5%
• Budget for personal development, including training and courses
• Travel costs reimbursed up to €15.00 per day

• Employment conditions equal to those of staff directly employed by the opdrachtgever: the same number of leave days, allowances, ADV (reduced working hours days) and other pay components
