Production Operator (A or B)

**About the job**

You work in a modern production environment in Hengelo. You operate machines, check quality, and keep the production line running smoothly. Your technical thinking and attention to quality have a direct effect on the end product.

**What you'll do**

• Operate, set up, and change over machines and production installations
• Monitor the production process and product quality
• Detect and fix minor technical faults
• Carry out first-level maintenance
• Support the technical team with more complex breakdowns
• Work according to health and safety, quality, and environmental rules
• Keep your workstation clean and safe

**What we ask**

• Technical education at MBO level (Dutch intermediate vocational education) or equivalent work experience
• Experience as an operator or in a similar role in a production environment
• Technical thinking and knowledge of production processes
• Forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to keep an overview and respond quickly
• Accuracy, quality awareness, and a focus on results
• Attention to safety and following the applicable rules

**What we offer**

• Gross salary of €2,700 to €3,600 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience, not including shift allowance
• Work in a 2-shift system
• Possibility of a permanent contract after a good performance review
• 25 vacation days and 12 ATV days (ADV in Dutch, reduced working hours days) per year at full-time
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus paid on top of your salary) and an annual bonus of 3.5%
