Production Operator

About the job

As an Operator, you make sure the production process runs safely, smoothly and on schedule. You check the quality of the finished product and act straight away when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Operating, setting up and changing over production machines
• Checking and monitoring the production process
• Detecting and fixing minor and more serious breakdowns
• Carrying out quality checks according to HACCP, GMP and BRC guidelines
• Monitoring the production schedule and process progress
• Actively looking for ways to improve the production process

Shift schedule: 5-shift system

• 2 morning shifts
• 2 afternoon shifts
• 2 night shifts
• Then 4 days off

What we ask

• Experience as an operator is welcome but not required. Candidates with a background in production work or a clear interest in technology are also welcome
• Dutch or English language skills
• A proactive attitude
• Physical fitness for production work
• Accuracy and attention to quality
• Willingness to suggest improvements

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,300 gross per month, including a 25% shift allowance
• An average of 33.6 working hours per week, paid at 40 hours
